Do you struggle with achieving your goals or with feeling confident in your abilities? Or maybe like myself you do not believe you are worthy enough ? Maybe it's time to try some affirmations! - Join me on this road!


Affirmations are positive statements that you can repeat to yourself to shift your mindset and focus on what you want to achieve. They can be a powerful tool for improving your well-being and achieving your goals, including when it comes to your health.


Here are just a few benefits of using affirmations:

  1. Boosts confidence: By repeating positive statements about yourself, you can build your confidence and self-esteem. When you believe in yourself, you're more likely to take action towards your goals and make positive changes in your life.

  2. Reduces stress: Affirmations can help you reframe negative thoughts and reduce stress. When you're feeling overwhelmed or anxious, repeating positive statements can help you feel more calm and centered.

  3. Improves focus: By focusing on what you want to achieve, affirmations can help you stay motivated and on track towards your goals. When you have a clear vision of what you want, it's easier to make decisions that support your health and well-being.

Affirmations can have a powerful impact on our health and well-being, and they come in so many forms. A great tool to start with is taking a pen and a notebook and start writing down things you want to tell your self in present tense. Then read them out loud and focus on your words.

Here are some examples of affirmations I wrote that you can use to support your health :

  1. "I am strong and capable of taking care of my body." This affirmation can help you feel more confident in your ability to make healthy choices, whether that's eating well, exercising, or getting enough sleep.

  2. "I am worthy of self-care and taking time for myself." This affirmation can help you prioritize your own needs and make self-care a priority in your life.

  3. "I am grateful for my body and all that it does for me." This affirmation can help you appreciate your body and all the amazing things it can do, from carrying you through your daily activities to healing and recovering when you're sick or injured.

  4. "I am capable of achieving my health goals." This affirmation can help you stay motivated and focused on your health goals, whether that's losing weight, improving your fitness, or managing a chronic health condition.

  5. "I trust my body to tell me what it needs." This affirmation can help you tune into your body's signals and make choices that support your health and well-being.

So, the next time you're feeling stuck or need a boost of confidence, try using affirmations to shift your mindset and focus on your goals.
