As someone who has struggled with self-doubt and negative self-talk in the past, I've come to appreciate the power of affirmations in boosting my confidence and self-esteem. Affirmations are simple statements that you repeat to yourself to reinforce positive beliefs and attitudes. They can be used to counteract negative thoughts, shift your mindset, and create a more positive outlook on life.
Today, I'm excited to share a very simple affirmation exercise that you can try out right now! All you need is something to write with and a notebook, piece of paper, or notes app on your phone.
Before we start, let me suggest that you begin with only 10 affirmations. This way, you can fully embrace them. And if you're struggling at the moment, even five affirmations can be a great starting point, as long as you put your heart into it.
To make this exercise more enjoyable, consider playing your favorite uplifting song in the background.
I'll provide some examples of affirmations you can use, or feel free to create your own. And By doing this exercise daily, you'll start rewiring your brain to focus on your desired outcomes

Now take a deep breath and say them out loud.
