Everything you want already exist!

How do I just pick my desired reality and what does physics have to do with it?

Quantum physics is a branch of science that deals with the study of matter and energy at the atomic and subatomic level. It has revealed a world that is vastly different from what we experience in our everyday lives. The principles of quantum mechanics challenge our classical understanding of reality and open up new possibilities for understanding the nature of the universe.

NO NO NO - STOP.

Ugh.

I can see all the yawning and eyes roll in my head, and I don't blame you - science talk can be boring - Let's try it differently. Quantum physics is a type of science that studies the smallest things in the universe, like atoms and particles. Scientists have discovered that everything in the universe, including us, is made up of tiny bits of energy.

It really is that simple: Everything is made of atoms that are made of sub particles that are 99% energy really. so Everything is basically 99% energy! (Indeed - we are NOT only what we can see with our eyes).

Since we are all made of energy that means also our thoughts, feelings and emotions are energy, And they can actually change the way we experience things. Imagine a time when you woke up feeling grumpy. Throughout the day, everything seemed to go wrong. Maybe you spilled your breakfast, were late for school, and found your friends extra annoying. But if you woke up feeling happy and excited, everything seemed to go your way. You had a good hair day, got to school early, and found your friends extra fun to be around. This is a simple example of how your thoughts and feelings can impact your reality.

This is called a reality shift.

Let's look at other examples: 1

  1. The Butterfly Effect - Tiny changes in a system can have big effects later on. For example, a butterfly flapping its wings in one part of the world can cause hurricane in another part.

  2. The Placebo Effect - If you believe a sugar pill is medicine, it can sometimes make you feel better even though there's no actual medicine in it.

  3. Teleportation - In quantum physics, it's possible to "teleport" particles from one place to another instantaneously. This could have big implications for transportation and communication in the future.

  4. The Uncertainty Principle - In quantum physics, it's impossible to know both the position and momentum of a particle at the same time. This means that the act of observing something can change the way it behaves. This is also called the double-slit experiment. Imagine shooting a basketball through a hoop with two holes in it. When no one is watching, the basketball goes through one hole or the other and creates a simple pattern on the wall behind the hoop. But when someone is watching, the basketball seems to go through both holes at the same time and creates a more complicated pattern on the wall. This shows that the act of watching changes the way the basketball behaves, just as our thoughts and feelings can change our reality.

I have so much more to say about this but I will just finish with one important thing this time : Reality shift. According to quantum physics, every reality that can exist, does exist in a vast and infinite universe. This theory is known as the many-worlds interpretation. Essentially, every decision we make creates a split in the universe, with each outcome resulting in a different reality. In one reality, you may have chosen to eat pizza for dinner, while in another reality, you may have chosen a salad. Both realities exist simultaneously in different parallel universes. This means that every possibility and outcome has already occurred in some universe or another. The idea that every reality is possible is both fascinating and mind-bending, and given what we already know about everything being 99% energy - means we could shift the energy to a desired reality! And that opens up a world of possibilities and infinite potential. There are many meditations out there that guide you into a quantum jump , I am thinking about making one on my own and share it here soon - Stay tuned :)
