Thank you

Before I start changing every wrong thing about my life, and realizing what is bad for me - I must address the good. And be thankful for it.

I want to say thank you for my blessed kid, who fills my life with light and oxygen. with so much grace and wisdom.

I also feel grateful for my health. Wait what ? Yes! I know , I know... I do have cancer, and I am struggling with a lot of treatment's side effects BUT - I can not ignore what does function well and I want to appreciate it. Gratitude is a powerful emotion that has the ability to transform our lives. When we practice gratitude regularly, we begin to experience a shift in our perspective and an improvement in our overall wellbeing.

It's science!

Studies have shown that people who regularly practice gratitude experience lower levels of stress and depression, and have a more positive outlook on life.

When we focus on what we are grateful for, we are less likely to get caught up in negative thought patterns and can better manage our emotions. Gratitude also has a positive impact on our relationships. When we express gratitude to others, it strengthens our connections and promotes a sense of community. We feel more connected to those around us and are more likely to build meaningful relationships.

It feels good to be thankful - really. FEEL it. Physically

In addition to the emotional benefits, gratitude can also have physical benefits. Practicing gratitude has been linked to improved sleep, reduced blood pressure, and a stronger immune system.

So, how can we cultivate gratitude in our daily lives? There are many simple ways to practice gratitude, such as keeping a gratitude journal, expressing gratitude to others, and taking time to appreciate the little things in life. (I will share the app I used to use at the beginning)

It's important to remember that gratitude is a practice, and like any practice, it takes time and effort to develop.

Make gratitude a part of your daily practice and cash out the many benefits it has to offer

(I have no financial or personal gain of it)
